KARMA!!
Karma is one of the signature moves of Tonberry, a monster from Square Enix's Final Fantasy. It is an offensive move that deals damage to a single character. The base damage of the move is multiplied to the number of monsters the target character has killed, hence its name.
The screen capture is from Final Fantasy X. However, the skill and Tonberries have been existent since Final Fantasy V.
