Psychotica: Collab & Thoughts
Genre; Defense Platformer Survival Strategy Yandere

Meet Psychotica! She kinda looks like the long lost sister of the triplets who have superpowers to fight crimes and save just a certain city before bedtime. Except, she's gone bonkers after being rejected by her father who accidentally dropped the knife of which he used to chop everything nice with. But that's not Psychotica’s true identity... I was just kidding y'all. This gal has her own collaborated origin. Yes, I did not work alone on this original character this time!

...and everything nice *clank* Oh dear~ did I just toss in the knife?
Ivan Fury (you got a problem with his name, pal?) and I was walking home one day, talking about original characters and how awesome they can be in a game we’d like to create. Psychotica was one of ‘em topic. We thought she could be great in a defense type genre. Except, you gotta avoid her. She’s the friggin antagonist of the game! Woo~

But how dare you hurt such cute lil’ sweetheart? All she wants is a hug and few stabs. Can’t you just give her that you heartless brute! She’s that overly attached sweet girlfriend who’ll serve your heart in a pike for 'betraying' her (directly or indirectly, your fault or hers it’s all the same)

Game Art Peg. Rendered by Ivan Fury!
The game starts with her writing you a very sweet letter, inviting you to that “romantic” abandoned old mansion for some sweet alone time. You know she’s after your head, and you gotta go there to defeat and survive the carnage you’re in to. You strategically set-up the place with robotic unicorn dolls, heart-shaped chocolate boxes, and sweet honey flower bouquets. You are the bait.
Oh, the things you do for love.

Psychotica is also a whiteboard drawn concept sketch, like my last blog
I’m looking forward to more collaborations like this one. It's really fun when ideas merge together to form a better one! So, what do you think? Should I start the Game Design Document? ;)

Oh so cuuute. If I could only code, I'd code her T_T
@ZippyWiggy:
I'm glad someone's interested. Haha. We'll get a developer somewhere then maybe we'll let you help out if you like. Everybody wins! But first I just have to kick my lazy butt to work XD

i definitely like the concept!
i wish it'd be released to android or iphone soon.

@Angelo Tacuycuy:
Thanks, 'Elo, man. Compliments are very much welcome!
@roiji:
Thanks, roiji! I was initially thinking of desktop or online flash game to publish this, but I wholeheartedly agree with you that targeting the mobile platform is the best way to create games nowadays. I should consider that in the process!
